wouldnt that be the end of all problems? no more smuggling problems, less problems for the police, and less illegal actions. what is against legalization? everyone should know what is best for him, i wouldnt care if some die because they were dumb enough to take drugs, it would reduce population

i wouldnt have a problem with that, because the worst drug is still alcohol because it pushes aggresivity. we have here in switzerland (in big cities) small houses called Lane Houses, there people get unused syringe to take their drugs without use used syringe and maybe get AIDS or other diseases (why not, because if they would get AIDS the health insurance have to pay )

BTW it's damn easy to get drugs in my city, pot is the most popular here, but also harder drugs are able to get here, illegal of course, but who cares? police cant be everywhere

i will never touch drugs, even alcohol is terrible (especially in beer )

Lets legalize all crimes too, anyone can kill someone or rape a girl anyway, anyone can steal or carry out fraud. Who cares about healthy societies or good values?

I agree with your analysis that many things would improve. Some would get worse but I think the overwhelming effect would be reduction in crime with a modest increase in drug use which could be fought with PSA's

Shall we allow the druggies to breed to creating offspring that are handicapped and disabled? Using tax money and other programs to help out these children because mommy and daddy wanted to have a good time and escape reality for a while?

Then we would have to worry about someone high on dope getting behind the wheel and driving around. Boy do I want that.

And all the people sharing needles spreading HIV and other diseases and they won’t even know it and creating a mobile virus factor with the high potential to spread to other people.

there must be a limit when you can sell it and when not, and BTW if that stupid mother wants drugs while she's pregnant she will get it legal or illegal!

BTW that already happens with that mobile virus factor, but do you know that more people will take drugs if they are legalized??

and how are you wanting to limit how much is sold. You right there saying to limit the selling of it, will create a minor black market or smuggling to people who you say to limit it too. Along with people who are doing drugs. stop and get pregnant there is still a huge risk a problems with a child as the damage has been done


i understand its already happening. why would you want to encourage it? are we gonna start passing out free needles to the homeless to support the habit?

we dont support, we help to keep the damage as small as possible. there are people taking drugs, there are people that get AIDS or other things because of used neddles, we can help to stop one of those two things the other one not!

Why encourage it you ask.

It is not encouraging IMO. Stupid people will take drugs. Hard drugs have a barrier only the stupidest of people take them.

the problem comes in when you try to fight peoples personal choices. the war on drugs makes drugs which are easily grown and cheap and you make them more valuable then gold. This increases incentive to sell them and baits poor people to begin selling them. It forces the Users (however stupid) to need to commit more crimes to afford their habbits/addictions. Mugging 10 old ladies for their SS checks each week to pay for your fixes is reduced to mugging 1 lady a month to buy enough to set you up for the next 30 to 60 days hell probably the next year.

Sales can be controlled more easily and product controls put in place to protect the stupid people. 4 to 10 % tax can be recovered from the sales taxes. Police force reduced, jail population reduced, gang incentive removed, money keeping people in bondage in foreign lands would dry up, terrorists could not make any more money then selling corn by the ton.

Internally externally all around the town there would be improvements.

I do believe that pot use would skyrocket as well as cocaine use. but I see little change to the population at large's use of hard drugs. People do not shy away from heroin because it is illegal, they shy away because it is extremely addictive, and has extremely fast negative effects.



Creatures I do not mind you changing your mind. I just found it odd since the reasons you cite are many of the reasons I tried to use on you to convince you that it was a good plan.
