Actually, this is both ignorant and offensive. (Since suicide gets you straight into hell, it's hard to see why a little pig should be much of a deterrent.)

The idea that certain things can make someone unclean for God is pretty far off the mark.

As far as using pigs to guard against terrorists...whatever it takes to save lives! If it is a deterrent that causes terrorists to stop their attacks- so be it! It is a ridiculous idea that pigs do people any harm in their spiritual lives, but if they believe it, then we should exploit that fear.

I was always under the impression that it was 72 virgins? Hey, I wonder if that applies to female martyrs too? And who are these virgins in heaven anyway, where'd they come from? And while we're on the subject why virgins?
