I like some kinds of green-tea. I've had a few mushroom teas... those...were...heh...good. Also I tried this Mexican tea called Chai.

Actually, Chai tea got it's start some 5000 years ago in India. My wife likes iced Chai lattes from Starbucks. The taste reminds me of pumpkin pie. |

I drink hot tea all the time, over here, it's just tea, drinking it iced isn't really popular over here, maybe because it's always cold! .

Mix of Green Darjeeling Tea (for the aroma) and black Assam CTC (for color)--equal mix. Brew for 3-4 minutes.
Light cream, one spoon of sugar.

Harder | I very seldom drink hot tea. When I do It's just plain ol' Lipton.
Can any one disscribe the taste of Earl Grey? My only tea experiance is Lipton tea bag tea.

I like unfloral teas. Assam, Darjeeling, Lapsang Soochong, Russian Caravan, various green teas.
Actually, I'm pretty fond of Red Rose tea, Canada's favorite teabag tea...
