Tell me about it. I live just a few miles west of a charred community in San Diego. Luckily for me, the winds were blowing southwest, so my area was spared, but at least 150 homes were burned in that community (Scripps Ranch) east of me.

Not only that, but my brother was also pretty close to a fire in L.A. Simi Valley is just a few miles west of where he lives.
