longest time connected: Dial up

what's your longest time ever connected on Dial up.
125 hours and counting!!

i've managed to stay on for two or three days at a time with earthlink.

not bad considering they're a major retail isp.

now on broadband, 2 weeks and still cookin ( i never get disconnected i usally have to restart )

should have capped mine for i disconnected the last time i was on for like 9 days

one of my coworkers has 2k with cable.. and he's not restarted in seven months... so i'm assuming he's had 7 months uninterrupted online (save for minor issues... like his @home possibly being disconnected)

Well, when I was in college, we had a dorm room that was unoccupied. I got about 100 ft of phone cord and ran it outside the windows from the 4th floor room that was empty to my 3rd room floor. I was online for two weeks before the University cut my line They didn't do anything, just left the cut cord as an indication that I was not suppose to do that

I made 121 hours a month or so back, is that what Bill Gates means by "always on".
I just checked my user stats at my ISP webpage and my average dialup time is 22 hours.
