Talk Greetings!
Well, most of you don't know me, so here's a little bio...

My name is Scott, I'm 17 years old and I live in Washington state. I work three jobs and attend college. I love PC's and have for years. I'm planning on being a chiropractor, I want to attend Palmer West, located in San Jose, California.

So, anyway, the reason of my post goes out to all Californias, preferably in San Jose, or surrounding areas. I was just curious to what living expenses run?? Electricity, water, etc etc. All the goods, any info would be AWESOME! Thanks!

school for me was just working a lot of hours in a SHORT period of time
school was M-Th.. work was 40 hours Friday - SUnday... and sunday was only a 8 hour shift lol

Hope you're sitting down, I got some news for ya...

California real estate is some of the most costly in the world (and there is a reason for that... ) and the cost in San Jose is among the highest, if not THE highest. This is owing to the tech explosion in "The Silicon Valley" and the resultant run on land there.

Even though that boom is largely over, the prices (for buying and rental) remain very high. Good luck.
