In a strict interpretation of the law, you are in violation of copyright laws, atleast for the United States. I do not have a clear understanding of your country's definition of copyright infringement.
If the MPAA is a recognized standards committee within your country, then I would believe publically hosting a movie script to be illegal.
I have this same problem when working with fan fiction writers. Even the use of distinct characters and plot lines from MPAA-protecteed movies is considered copyright infringement. Luckily studios are not particuraly interested in prosecuting fanfic writers as we are generally a bunch of poor college students.
