It is always difficult to attempt to determine who is lying in a rape accusation. I have known a couple of women, whom I trusted to tell the truth say that they were most definitely raped.. I tended to believe them. I have also known of one woman who claimed to have been raped by a man who was rather wealthy... that one turned out to be an effort to extort money.
In this particular case, Bryant is not known to be a "bad boy"..but that in itself does not exempt him, but does lend some credibility to his statement that his 'infraction' was consensual.
Her occupation at the hotel could possibly include additional (personal) enterprises. Some monetary value for her services could have been stated but not completely agree on, and later..disputed. That happens more than you might believe.
If there actually is semen found in her 'attire', ESPECIALLY from a time period AFTER Bryant was supposed to have raped her, then I believe he is innocent of the rape charges. Guilty of adultry is a 'personal' moral issue...not to be tried in a court of law.
