now i'm back....kind of....
i haven't had the regular high speed access to the internet that i used to have in a while. so, i haven't been around enough to check out what's been going on here. not that i'm making a come back or anything. just thought i'd drop in and say hi to ya'll.
for those who actually missed me and were wondering what happened....
i lost my job (reorg, politics, etc.) back in may and am still looking for something. $8/hr at the local hobby shop doesn't pay the bills quite as well as $18/hr+ did. and i'm on the verge of filing bankruptcy if i don't find something soon and will probably lose my house. and my girlfriend's dad died from cancer a few weeks ago. she's slowly but surely recovering from that loss. he was well liked by many (his memorial service set the all time highest attendance for any service or concert at my church!). that's been my life in a nutshell.
