Calling the great Outpatient
I am taking the Tazman's advise http://www.techimo.com/forum/t8219.html and starting a new thread.
I am about to start a at home computer repair service. My company name will be "Taky Techs" (spelling not finalized).
What do you think? I know it may offend some people.
Tazman suggested I may need a slogan, hence this call for you.

Oh no. I had one great shining moment of creative inspiration and now I got a reputation.
Taky Techs, huh? Hmmmmm. I dunno....nothing is clicking right off the bat here. I'll mull it over for a while and come back.
btw, what exactly do you mean with the word "Taky"? Do you mean like tasteless? Odd? Out of style? Sticky? Laden with tacks? uTpaTienT

Out - ROTFLMAO
You are the man! Once again you never let us down - even in advertising (or humor ). I am in awe at how your mind works!
BYW Wombat, I agreed to cut Out a check outta the first million when I get it for his advertising help. I'm only about $940,000 from that now .
I guess we each have our hidden talents here besides technical.

Wow, what a responce, When I said Taky, I was meaning Bad, or incomplete (not saying I will be). But all I seem to hear from people is that the dealings with comp repair people is bad, so I thought why not warn them from the start (Haa Haa). Otherwise it could be simpley "Paul's Computer Repair Service"
I am trying to add some fun to it. Well at least for me.

Ok, after much deep thought and hair pulling I have finally sent in my DBA, but not for Tacky Techs, but for the new name of.....
Bits & Bytes
What do you think?
