er I thought the site was more like a joke? Inmates can't have (as far as I know) computer access like that. Bunch of women joking around. If they had computer access like that then whats the point of them being in jail?

Well I am sure that they don't get to use the computer very much, isn't this the service where you send them letters via USPS? Even if they do use the internet, everything they do is monitored i'm sure.
