I have the distinct feeling I'm the only person watching this series. Scheduled against baseball playoffs and network series premieres it probably doesn't have a fighting chance...
"The Blues" is a series of films made by different directors covering some aspect of this broad topic. The first installment was done by Martin Scorcese. From it came this quote:

I cought a glimpse of the one on last night. Wish I had my PC VCR running so's I could record it. It will likely repeat eventually...there's a ton of PBS shows I want on my hard drive.
Them PBS shows sure are spensive...but that's a much better deal than the "Now" series on DVD...I think they were like $40/epside last I looked...what a rape.
