Don't deal with ebay user suncomp81

I recently purchased to computer cases from this seller I recieved one and not the other.His emails bounce back, and his phone # listed on ebay is an answering service that gets no responces.When I purchased he had a pos rating of over 220 but in the last week has recieved over 20 neg due to not shipping the items he has sold and no contact to buyers.I have filed fraud with ebay and paypal,but I believe I just lost my money on the second case.Ebay has suspended him right now and I'm not sure if the address he has left me is fake or not,it looks like so type of mail box address.

His name as listed on ebay is Jamie Cox don't deal with this seller on ebay of anywhere else you'll get ripped off.

Now I got a notice from ebay saying"We have contacted suncomp81 and they asure item's will be shipped after the 1st of the year due to holiday shipping problems" I don't believe it!! Sounds like a stall tacktic to me, and why won't he reply to anyones emails or phone calls? Does anyone have any way to identify an address in Miami,FL?

You just maybe confirmed a suspicion, MDS:

Tatton, Stephen or Cox, Jaime aka cjdlx, Frosty79. Lives in Miami, Florida. So far at least 8 have been ripped off for a total over $2000. There are many threads on him, here's just 2 examples

For further reference, please place these types of threads in the Troll Alert thread and contact me about it via PM before posting any street addresses and real names, especially if it's BBS (forums) related.

We must verify and investigate trading forums (BBS) claims so that those who may be innocent don't get wrongfully blamed or branded.

Also, as this is an EBay deal in this case, there isn't much I can do with Ebay investigations - Ebay has their own set of rules. We can only pretty much report information and check it out against what we have on the BBS front with other TrollHunters ( www.trollhunters.com ) and members. This one - if the same guy - is a cross-platform troll though, hitting forums and auctions.

You might want to contact "madfish" (look for his name on Search or in our Member Gallery) and ask him for advice - he seems to know alot about how Ebay works.

I only buy die cast cars/trucks from a long time trusted seller there now.

Has it been 30 days yet? watch out for the 30 limit, as if don't file a formal compaint with on thier time frame your rollay screwed.
