What should I do my speech on?

I have to do a speech for english and I don't know what to do it on. Any suggestions?

The speech can be on anything and should be about 5 minutes long (don't worry, I can make a story about cutting my finger on a CPU fan into a 5 minute story).
I was thinking of doing it on something technical but I don't know what. Things relating to physics are always very interesting such as CRTs, LCDs, lasers, oscilloscopes and so on.
The speech can be a how to or it can be how something works. How something works is probably a better idea though.

Take an old MOBO & CPU. Give a demonstration on installing a
CPU without injury to extremities.

Yep.. I did mine on making a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. (if you choose that topic be sure to make lots of eye contact with the audience though or they'll all go to sleep within 5 minutes )

Hot peppers. For effect, bring a Halbanero to School (raw, with seeds still in), and at the end of the speech, eat at least 3/4 of the pepper (they are small). Chew and swallow. One guy did that in my speech class, and it was HILLARIOUS!

NOTE: Make sure to havea glass or two of milk handy. That was the other guy's mistake YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
