I've got a lot of orthipedic problems from an old auto accedent.
Exercise is pretty much out of the question. I changed my eating
habits. Candy,pizza,and Pepsi are no longer my major food groups.

Actually I have done the same as you but I haven't lost the pounds at your rate. I have taken off about 15 pounds in the last 2 months.

Not so much "eat right" but eat less. Two or three pieces of a 12"
pizza once in-a-while instead of a 20" 2 or three times a week.

At that rate that's 45lbs in 6 months that's a safe rate, if your health is good. The medical advise talored to MY needs was a
reduction in calories mainly fat. My 'bad colestrol is down to 75-80
good colestrol is 35-45 blood pressure is way down 124/74. I've
avoided insulin. I use a glocose meter and pills as needed.

Awesome job, man...51lbs is a hella amount. You're lucky you are able to lose weight 'quickly'

My diet of today:
6 small pancakes with syrup for breakfast
Tortilla chips and salsa for lunch
Cheez-Its and Tortilla Chips for dinner


Thank goodness for good metabolism...I wouldn't be able to do what you guys do - little self control when it comes to eating. The above is definately NOT a daily habit, but it is when I am low on real food and/or don't feel like cooking anything

Microwave is as close to cooking as I get. Except for toast. Is
toasting bread cooking??
