Haven't seen it yet, going to this weekend...a friend of mine said it was like Blade, only better. So was the dark-haired woman as hot as she looks in the preview?  | |

I thought it was superb. IMO, it was the second best action flick of the 2000s- only behind the Matrix movies. Great plot, cool action.
edit: I forgot about Pirates. That'd put Underworld at #3 in my book.

Roommate said it was the only movie he's seen in the last five years that he thought was better than Pirates. I'll have to take an hour drive to see it, unfortunately. For some reason our theater isn't getting the movie, even though the other two in the chain are. LeSigh.

Saw it last night.
Was a good movie and the chick was good lookin to boot. You know that leather was uncomfortable but hey........looked damn good to me.
Besides that yeah, a little slow in some parts, not as many battles as i'da liked but all in all it was a damn cool movie.
(It just REALLY pissed me off to have a vampire with a reflection)

not too shabby at all. i think i would have enjoyed it a little more if i was given some background of what the heck was going on like in a 5 minute flashback at the beginning of the film, but over all enjoyable. i am not into the whole vampire stuff, but i could appriciate that movie.
