there is no law to enable any kind of secuirty settings onto your wireless network.
and most people have no knowledge of how to enable wireless protection as my thread proves it. phenious is also correct with windows xp ability to automagically log onto others networks.

and with neighbors and wireless network becoming so popular its hard to pinpoint where and what a connection is coming from. OF course with these easy home routers, there are no real logs that are kepted unless its something third party. So you can use the defense, but to provide paper work showing someone else came on is a harder thing
its not uncommon, using your same idiology Spookey can hold people accountable for computers that were taking over cause they didnt install the newest patch and there machine was part of the mass sending of a virus?
