Two scientists disagree with the Bush administrations ideas of broadening the US nuclear strike capability.

as far as nuclear weapons being peace keepers, it certainly allows for a country[ies] to hold their ground and stand for their views without fearing for punishment. Now whether or not that countries views are good or bad, thats another story.

I think Club would like to see insane regimes hold nuclear weapons. Club would love to see Kim Il Jung II hold Japan over the barrel just to uphold his ego and show the US is not supreme. Anyhow, nuclear weapons are devastating, what good could of letting countries like Syria have them?
