Looking for a Photoshop Expert!
I am looking for a person whome would help me out with my avatar, I would like the eyes to randomly glow on the cat while keeping the size under 1000 bytes.

that certainly doesn't require a photoshop expert to pull off, but it has to stay under 1000 bytes? good luck, your avatar would have to be monochrome GIF and half the size
perhaps you mean 10,000 bytes?
do you want those eyes animated or just still frame and glowing?

How's this? Under 10K, no size reduction...let me know if you want the glow timing changed. Threw that together in 3 minutes...
