(car thread) Would you do this?
Would you paint your 4x4 offroad vehicle with bedliner paint? This guy did and raves about it! I thought Pickel, BigBlue, brainchild, 427Windsorman, Ed_S, Gomer, Whir and others might get a big kick out of this one.
My Jeep has some sort of industrial paint, but it is cracking. This has me thinking.

Hey if you don't mind the rough look of the coating, go for it! I've seen a Ford Diesel 4x4 around here that has been done in bedliner coating. It's kinda cool. It's definately sticks out.
I thought about doing the rear cargo area of my '74 Wagoneer with bedliner coating. |

well it won't shine, and havea rough texture to it,but it will be unscratchable, plus adding 1/16-1/4 of an inch in thickness.Plus if you need to replace a door or something the paint will be easy to match
It would work great on a brush buggy IMO

Heck, I'd like to do it to a sports car.
Or maybe a computer case.

If you're going for total utilitarian, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Doesn't look bad either.
