For weeks I have called and called, only to be put on hold again and again for someone from Talk America to help me with my phone, which doesn't work !!!!! They are the worst for customer service, and the worst for helping to settle problems they caused .......right now I am so angry with them !!! Needed some place to vent - ................they have the worst customer service I have ever gotten - good thing the prices are cheap, or I would quit the service right now !!

And for the uninitiated, "Talk America" would be what?

Talk America would be a phone company here in Mi. Same junk each time. I ended up fixing the phone myself - outside box problems again. I'm still waitng for the phone company people to come back out.
