I am trying to decide on the best pc magazine for me so i thought i'd try to get a little help . I enjoy reading hardware reviews and simple guides and how-to's for all the new things coming out. Right now im really into case lighting and case modding and such things as that. Please give your opinions on which magazines you like best and why.
All the other mags have tons of ads in them, articles for n00bs and reviews for "best desktop pc" that I could really give a poo about.

well definitely not PC Mag or PC World.. if you find a good deal on issues of PC Mag its really not good at all. their issues are extremely thin. PC World use to be alright, until they announced one month that they were going to go business oriented and that's when the quality started to decline. every other issue would be "Windows tips you never knew of" such as how to create a shortcut in every Windows OS (lol), etc. or "must have shareware programs to download". all that junk = im glad my subscription ran out already.
I've never looked at PC Mag before but i've had a few issues of PC World in the past so i guess i'll get my two free issues and see what they are like before i think about purchasing it. Is there much to maximum pc or is it just a thin magazine with a few articles??? And is there not any other good hardware magazines in the US?!?
It's called they don't have 80 full page ads in their magazine and don't do 20 page reviews on the Top 10 Desktop PCs, Laptop PCs, etc....I decide what is the best PC for me, not them. Or Top 20 Best Windows Tips, 30 Ways To Defrag Your Harddrive...
