Russian Ark

While browsing through the movie store last night, i was going to rent Punch drunk love (shrug shoulders), but then i saw Russian Ark Boy am i glad i made that decision. This movie is truly a work of art, incredible. I was really annoyed with it until about half way in, when i realized, there were no cuts in it. JUst one shot And then i started to really get into it. It travels through 300 years of russian history at the hermitage museum in St. Petersburg It is so different from anything i have seen before....and i simply love it. If you see this at the movie store next time your out, pick it up, you wont be dissapointed*

*If you are easily bored, and only movies with killing, car chases, comedy, american-ish stuff, then you probably wont like it. Its not for everyone, but give it a try, its really cool.

yep. i didnt think many people had ever, or would ever heard of it, so i just want to spread the word. definetly wont be disapointed.

and dont diss punch drunk love. truly abstract and inspirational movie, definitely on my top 10. which is hard to get on.

Interesting. I will give it a go. Though, anything could beat Punch Drunk Love hands down. That was the worst movie I have seen since I was in high school and saw M. J. Fox's and Joan Jett's "Light of Day".

no way dave. i have seen so many worse. i understand how people wouldnt like it, but i loved it. it isnt like every other movie out there. it isnt about girl wins guy and they live happily ever after. but i thread crap
