The Ketchup Thread
Well what can I say ? Lets talk about ketchup.
Ive always preffered plastic bottles over glass bottles (too hard to get out at times) or packets (somethimes messy). I think I prefer Heinz or Hunts ketchup over the competition, but the packets at Dairy Queen, despite being packets, are tops for me.

Ketchup out of the dispensers at fast food chains ( usually Heinz ). I hate opening packets, I hate squeezing bottles, and I like my Ketchup room temp, right from the tap

So....keep talking ketchup people. Come on.
What do you put ketchup on? Do you ruin eggs by putting ketchup on them? Or are you just a traditionalist, ketchup and fries type person?
When eating French fries with ketchup, do you dip the fries into the ketchup or squirt the ketchup all over the fries? If you dip, and use salt, do you also salt the ketchup?
Do you use ketchup alone? Or in conjunction with mayo/mustard/hot sauce/horseradish/etc.

End of discussion
1.Ketchup only on juevos rancheros, not fried, sunnyside up etc..
2.When i didn't care about my health too much- Ketchup on the fries AND on the side (reserve) and salt on the fries AND the "reserve"
3.Ketchup mixed with Guldens and Jack Daniels sauce on burgers, Ketchup on HOt Dogs = Teh Nasty....Mustard and spicy relish only...(or chili)

We don't use ketchup Down Here. We use Tomato Sauce.
I personally don't smother all my foods with tomato sauce, though, like some of my family members. I prefer to taste the flavour of the food, not the sauce.
Cheers
Mick
