Spanish speaking people come here!

Me and my friend are putting on a presentation for Spanish and we have written are script. Could anyone proof read without using online translators? My teacher is very picky. Thankyou!

P- Hola!
A-¡Qué suerte!
(Gives passport). Aquí está su tarjeta de embarque.
P-¿Necesito atravesar la aduana?
A-Ud. necesita atravesar la aduana en Madrid. ¿Puedo tener su equipaje?
P- Sí, aquí está mi equipaje. (Hands luggage).
A-Sí, diviértase en Madrid, adiós.
P- Adiós.

P- Hola!
A- Hola, ¿cómo estás? (added s at the end)
(if you are stating that you were in a hurry you can say, Y tenia mucha prisa)
(if you are referring to bad weather, you can say it this way better, La tormenta esta muy mal), (mala reads like when you are sick speaking of a female person).
P- ¿Es la tempestad un problema? ¿Cómo está mi vuelo a Madrid?
A-¡Qué suerte! (you can remove una from this sentece, or change una by alguna after demora like this) (No, el vuelo no tiene demora alguna a causa de la tempestad).
(Gives passport). Aquí está su tarjeta de embarque.

P- Sí, aquí está mi equipaje. (Hands luggage).

P- Adiós.

Are we speaking of a travel via ship or plane?..

Good Luck on your presentation.

If he is addressing someoen new, that is not a close friend, then he should leave it está (which it sounds like he is)

Thankyou I'm traveling by ship, except my teacher read part of it and said since who I'm talking to doesn't "really" know me I should use the ud. tense instead of the tu tense. A couple thing I left the same because the teacher said they were OK and if she's grading it I'll probaly do it her way. But your most likely right because you are from Mexico, and her native language is english.
BTW is tenia preterite? We have to use to sperate preterite verbs and that was the only place I could fit it in.

That is the edited version. In my book it has tener prisa as "in a hurry" so would tuve prisa be proper? I need two different preterite verbs in there.

If you are planning on continuing your spanish, i would definetly suggest getting this book

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...64124285&itm=1

it is truly invaluable. I am finding it very useful in AP right now.

Tener

Present
tengo tenemos
tienes teneis (*the e is accented, i cant remember what key that is)
tiene tienen

imperfecto
tenía teníamos
tenías teníais
tenía tenían

preterito
tuve tuvimos
tuviste tuvisteis
tuve tuvieron

if you need another tense of something, feel free to ask

yep, tenia is a preterite, well use better tenia than tuve (tuve feels more having somenthing physical in the hand, or something you bought or a feeling) , it will sound more correctly, spanish it's a hell of language to learn if you get to a different part even in Mexico the use of the words its different or the mean of the sentence can change a lot using a different verb.

If its someone that you dont know or want to be polite use ud (applies to people older than you)

But make it as the teacher thinks is correct mainly as you said her main language is English not spanish, I had some previous experiences with some teachers and believe make it their way.

One thing if you are traveling via ship why is the person asking how is the flight to madrid?
P - ¿Es la tempestad un problema? ¿Cómo está mi vuelo a Madrid?

Just a small reference..
Plane Ticket = Boleto de Avion
