They must be trying to suck up all the litigation funds from the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Americans United for Separation of Church and State, and People for the American Way -- because there's no way that this'll go unsued.

To a more fair and impartial one, I presume?

I predict a new media buzz-word coming: Religio-Fascism.

Our nations consitution is based on one premise:
""We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are endowed by their CREATOR ...etc"
Our rights do not ascend from the state; they come directly from God. Equally, our rule of law, that has fostered our social cohesion, stem directly from Judeo-Christian ethics, which in turn come directly from the Ten Commandments. To throw these social rules out would be social suicide. I will not advocate for social insanity, which the leftist seem so intently bent on doing. Separation of church and state is nowhere near what the secular left preaches; their reasoning is so far removed from historical truth that it makes me sick that they are able to (partially) perpetrate this farce onto mainstream America.
