How do i deal with stress?

Could you guys please tell me of a way of dealing with stress!
I used to sniff paint, but our neighbor caught me and told me that it kills brain cells....
Paint was the only thing that really helped....

play an instrument, or play a game where you have to think (chess), all the things that makes you forget about everything

i used to listen to music and draw a bit (anime)

the most important thing is you have to have fun!
