Shouldn't be a lot to it. Put the three pieces together (a little cork grease can help, especially on the headpiece), and twist them around until the spot where they keys land under your fingers is comfortable and the mouthpiece plate is where it ought to be.
Armstrong makes a better-than-average flute in whatever price range/grade of instrument you're in. Enjoy it!
