It only takes one stupid judge to decide otherwise. Remember this has nothng to do with obesity and everything to do with lawyers who've run out of asbestos cases and need to find alternative means to soak the public.

Time is on their side.

Thank God!! A judge that used his COMMON SENSE. It was ridiculous that someone would sue McDonald's for making them fat. They're McDonald's not the health food store.

I'm glad the person suing had their case dismissed. It gave the word pathetic a bad name.
