If they are 49 traits that they want in their employees and they are presented in a religious-neutral manner I don't think it matters that someone else can link those 49 traits to Bible versus. I'm sure a Muslim could find verses in the Quran linked to the same good human traits. The same holds for any other religion. Good traits are good traits. I could point to good traits in not-so-good books too like Marx’s Communist Manifesto. By teaching good traits that happen to be found in that book it doesn’t mean every aspect of the book is good. By the same token I can find Bible versus that support bad traits as well. History has shown that you can twist the Bible to justify just about anything, good or bad. I'd have to take a close look at the 49 traits before judging the program though. It sounds to me like some of them I wouldn't want to have in all of my employees.
