"Let's see, I grew up, joined the Army, went to Iraq, and was injured and knocked unconscious in an ambush. I don't remember anything about it. Some soldiers came and "rescued" me from a hospital, and now I'm a heroine. End of story."

Grrrr...she annoys the piss outtah me...no wait. It's not her, it's the way the media treat her, as some sort of hero and like she was the only person who got wounded/captured while over there

Maybe when I go to Iraq and get my a$$ lost because I didn't keep my intervals with the convoy I was in (whatever the case was), they'll pay me $1mil to hear my life story.

got lost...got injured...and got saved.....how does that in anyway qualify her or the others as being heros and getting medals?

The ones doing the fighting are the real heros, not her and the rest of the gang.
