Seeing as how they have all of our technology now, they can cut their military a bit. We have proven that technology can slaughter lower tech armies with higher numbers of troops. Now, China can almost match us, since Bill Clinton sold our secrets to them over cups of tea at fund raising meetings. I can not believe that man is walking free on the streets. His freedom is even more shocking than OJ's freedom.
