Which Vitamins are better?Liquid or pills.

I'm hearing all this talk about liquid vitamins and how much better they are absorbed by the body.Anybody take liquid?If so,do you notice any difference?

Colloidal (liquid) vitamins are said to be better because they are taken up by the body 7 to 8 times more than regular vitamins. Regular vitamins do not digest as well and only about 10% is taken up.

It depends on what vitamins you are taking and any deficiencies you might have as to the differences you might notice.

Be careful with any fat soluble vitamins that are colloidal, as they can cause a toxic reaction faster than the pills because of their increased uptake.

I am not an expert in this area, but I have used his products, and liked them very much.

The molecular structure of synthetic vitamin is not the same as in natural vitamins.
Thus, you aren't really eating 'real' vitamins but something else.
I'd suggest against taking any vitamins that are not natural.

You can easily fill the daily need of vitamins with normal products.
