Finally did it
I finally made the switch to W2K. I was running Win98SE for awhile waiting for it to start to flake out on me. It started about 3 days ago so today ( since I had a short day at work) I decided to jump in with both feet.

You might be seeing me in the Apps and operating system forum abit.

You made a big leap, hopefully it will be a successful one!

Hardest part is trying to make the leap from the Win9x DOS kernel to Win2k's NT ...

doesn't sound like a big deal, but there are a lot of differences on the top level (for the better!)

watch out for games though

I only play one game is Half-Life. Form what I have heard form my fellow gamers is that the should be no problem. I hope

hmm I've also heard people having a lot of issues with half life / CS on anything that is not win9x related....

Make sure to try it out
