So I started off with the best deal you could possibly get. I mean on of those things that AT&T messed up on and just kinda got stuck with. 1200 anytime mins plus unlimited nights and weekends for 39.99. They said it was unheard of to get that kind of deal. Well when I had my girlfriend and all the business calls and what not I ran through that and then some. Well I called and asked what I can upgrade to and they said pretty much nothing under $200.
So about the same time the started the new Mmode service and next gen phones with unlimited calling for 99.95. So I went and checked it out, its not quite the same coverage but it was ok for what I needed. $150 dollar t68i Ericsson phone later { the first one with a cam attachment and color screen} and 100 million issues I'm about to get pissed. I don't use the Mmode online stuff because it would cost a fortune, but I did add 100 text msgs for 4.99 so my bill is 113 and change a month.
Well first off there are bad dead spots right in Sac. my moms house being one of them. Second is not everyone can send me text messages?? Biggest one is once in awhile I totally loose service. Like all day Thursday, it would fade in and out. So I call them at about 8pm. I say I have no service at my house, which normally I have full service. I have Mmode but no voice service. The AT&T genius says turn off the phone and back on again {like I've not tried that one} he says go outside{again like I'm an idiot} well next thought is go ten miles from where I'm at??? wtf 10 miles in radius is a long ways...so I go out 1/2 mile to a diff cel station and wammmoo full service.
So I call AT&T back to let them know they got a cell site down which they said they had no reports of when I called earlier. They place me on hold for about 10mins finally get on and they say yeah we'll check it out byee
I'm like hey wait I'm telling you you have an entire cell site down and your passing me off like its nothing
