US Republicans outsource fund raising to India

I know that this is an article from the Inquirer, and that there are probably better ones out there. But this is the one that was first brought to my attention.

My only question: How long until we outsource our entire goverment? Maybe have India, or Saudi Arabia, run the next election?

I'm a conservative who is opposed to moving jobs offshore. I've also had a conversation on the air with an RNC official who, as noted above, denies the story. He also denies that RNC uses any offshore telemarketing firms.

From what I've been able to tell, this might be a scam along the lines of "The Fraternal Benevolent Police" instead of the Fraternal Order of Police. It's something called the "US Republican Party". There is no such legal entity.

And yes, this story is from January. Why on earth is a reporter referencing this story now? Must have gotten a copy of the original story in his email, like I did.
