Gaming Street Racing!

What do you guys think about that:
Some Old Fart (about 69 years old) on a brand new Toyota 4Runner was trying to race with my Mom (she is 44 years old). My Mom won because that guy got stuck on a red light (we went on yellow)(ha-ha ha-ha). Well, she would win anyway, 'cus she's got a V8 in her white '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee (that car really kicks ass!). The only cars she couldn't beat are a 'Vette & a Ford F350 with a V10. Keep in mind that my Mom used to be a race car driver in some races that are very much like World Rallye. She quit racing like 13 years ago (I'm 13 now).
Anyway, post notes about what you guys think.

I won't tell my Mom!

Nobody should be allowed to street race. It's way too dangerous.

your mom was a racer??? wtf she should know better good example to set there mom...way to go thats cool NOT people like your mom need to lose their driving privileges forever
street racing is totally f***ing stupid hit the track

and yeah your moms jeep isn't as bad as you think. I can probably beat it with a stock civic displacement doesn't mean much these days. total horsepower divided by weight=loosing big to a smaller lighter car with a 4cyl putting out relative power.

I say younger people, only so *if* they get arrested they wount have a heart attack.... or something.

And, because old people have slower reaction times.

While street racing is dangerous, i think people should do it at their own risk.

anyways, you will see me in the streets and on the track sometimes.

Street racing sucks. I dunno what's up with some people. I borrowed my friend's S2000 (sweet car) last weekend and it seemed like everybody wanted to race. Ooh, you're sooooooooooooooooooo cool pulling up beside me and revving your engine It's like, WTF?

Now at the track in a controlled environment....that's way different. We did some "street" racing in Grand Bend (they have a track there) and it was a blast!

If you want to race go to a track. The streets are not meant for racing. At the corner by my building I see so many accidents due to street racers going through red lights.
