hey guys. u ever feel like you are full to the brim with creativity but your imagination has simply crapped out on you? well i do. i need some ideas. anything works. ideas for a website, a picture to draw, a story to write, im open to anything. let YOUR imagination run wild...

Hey, Drew!

Naw, it's not that you're "full of creativity and lacking imagination", it's just that you feel like creating, but don't know what to create (just IMO, but I'm real familiar w/ this feeling.).

A suggestion...try surprising yourself...fool around with a pencil...try drawing your own hand...then the thing just outside of your hand...then maybe the cat, or whatever...then scan that into your comp and put it into Photoshop...

Okay, forget that, go for a walk, and go find something under a streetlight (maybe a fire hydrant) and try looking at it from every angle, savoring the way light falls on it.

Look at it as though you've never even seen one before...memorize every detail, then walk back home and draw what you saw...

HEY! Did you maybe see a Martian behind that fire hydrant? Okay, draw that too.

Now what would a Martian be doing behind a fire hydrant, anyway? Hmm, looks like you need another sheet of paper...

haha, thanks knot. i think me and you think very similarly but u are wrong, it wasnt a martian. it was a blue moose!
