I used to do Taekwondo (a Korean martial art, you use your legs a lot) I really liked it but I gave it up since I didnt have time, cause I practice soccer a lot.

I used to study at a local Karate school. It was really a hodge-poge between Ju-Jitsu and Karate, with some other styles added in. I loved doing it, but they moved the place about 45 mins away from home and the closest one to here focuses more on discipline than actual fighting/defense/exercise. I hope to start doing it again someday. I miss sparing matches alot (those were a blast, even though I wasn't very good at it).

I mastered Run-Fu years ago...I don't practice it much any more as I devote my time to weightlifting.

I teach Tang Soo Do. It's similar to Tae Kwon Do. And I am learning Tiger Shute fighting as well from Master Berto (he was beat in the first match of UFC 10).

GroundZero,

Speaking of sparring, I went to spartenburg SC last night and worked out with Brian Plempel. You may have heard of him if your into open tournament fighting. I hope I can be just a tenth as good as he is one day.

Groud Grappling? (sorry, not really good with the lingo if you know what i mean... )

Anyways, yeah, i could of done Tekwondo, but chose not to. Hapkido is so real to life - you can use it in all sorts of situations. I love it.

And theres always so many options.

BTW, what belt are you?

I know a little bit of several things. My favorite? Jiu-Jitsu. (I do enjoy Gracie Jiu-Jitsu the best).
I know just a little bit of Ninjitsu. Never took a class, but had a friend that taught me a few things here or there.

Back several years ago I learned some Judo as well. It didn't do anything for me so I stopped learning it.
