RIAA ...confront their accussor
The idea that just flashed through what passes for my mind is (thankfully) simple.
Don't all people when brought to trial have the right to confront their accussor? In this case, would not every one of the people subpeoned by the RIAA have the right to require that the RIAA (in the form of its board of directors or whatever) be physically present at the trial? All stages of the trial? And would not the accused have the right to put them on the stand, under oath?
Man, this is like a dream. I love the idea of being able to put them on the stand and grill them regarding deals and price fixing.
Just my usual lunacy, if you were wondering where this came from...
