I disagree with ya' on this one Dave.

This is what gives hunting a bad name!
Standard rules of thumb when hunting, is to know what you are shooting
(type of weapon), where you are shooting, and
WHAT (type of game) you are shooting!!
In this case, he didn't know
WHAT he was shooting
(Condor), and probably didn't know where he was shooting as well.
I think he is in violation of his previous probation with this conviction and should be extradited to be resentenced.
