My first car was a 1982 Toyota Celica. I bought it at an auction while I was in the Air Force and it had been brought over from Europe. This was an awsome car. I screwed up and got married and traded it off for a family car. BTW now I am divorced

My first truck was a 1966 Chevrolet stepside with a wooden bed. 3 speed on the column and a v-6 that had so much room around it I could climb inside the hood and work on the engine.

Now I drive a 2001 Chevrolt S-10 4x4 extended cab and love it...

Mine was a 1979 Honda Civic I had in high school, I bought for $500. Great car, but it smoked like crazy. I had to sell it because it wouldn't pass emissions (big surprise)!

Mine was and still is a Ford Mustang LX. Had the thing since Dec 1988 and it still runs ok. Big beefy 2.3L 4 cyl and I have about 225000 Km's on it. No dents but some rust.

Runs like a dream (a nightmare) but I can't complain bought it new with only 32 Km's on it. The sad thing is that my new tires are worth more than it is.

My first car was a 1971 Renault, bought for $800.00 at a garage sale.

The second day I owned it, the cylinder head cracked.
Totally my fault, because it overheated and I refilled the radiator with cold water.
Aluminium engines don't like that very much...

A local repair shop said it would be nearly impossible to find a head for it, so it was off to the boneyard.

An expensive lesson learned...

84 Honda Civic S. Super gas mileage, but broke down too much. I heard later that civics in that day were kind of lemons, so I dumped it and took over my dad's 85 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Loved it. Plus that barge made it easier to avoid speeding tickets. Excellent in the mud and off road.
