So far it's worked - I look up the original IP address - email them, enclose the header, and tell them that I will be billing them $25 for any additional unsolicited email received from them -
I got this responce back yesterday -
Dear Sirs,
yesterday we discovered that our new client Ben Weeston (bweeston@qwest.net <mailto:bweeston@qwest.net>)
was using his account at IT Management Corp. for sending of unsolicited
emails.
We have responded immediately with closing of his account.
The policy of our company is not to deal with spammers, and that was written
in our End User Licence Agreement that Ben Weeston had read and accepted
before becoming our client.
Thank you for your response. We have given you the details of this person
for we do want the online community to know he is a spammer.
SPAM Punisher is an anti-spam tool that makes it easy for you to find out the address of spammer's Internet Service Provider, generate, and send complaints. If an Internet Service Provider receives complaint generated by SPAM Punisher he usually closes internet access to spammer.
