Paypal = Rip Off!

I just sent a d00d $.02 with Paypal and what do you know they charge $.02 as a fee for the $$ and he gets $.00. Paypal is a rip off!

Sounds to me more like you didn't read the fine print.

Beyond that, why would you send somebody 2 cents? That's ridiculous. You're wasting people's time. They should have charged you the full 31 cents anyways.

maybe becuase you want to be able to accept credit card payments and have a higher dollar limit on an account?
