Paypal = Rip Off!

I just sent a d00d $.02 with Paypal and what do you know they charge $.02 as a fee for the $$ and he gets $.00. Paypal is a rip off!

Currency of Payment Merchant Rate Standard Rate
U.S. Dollars 2.2% + $.30 2.9% + $.30
This means that it is impossible to send even $.31!

Their service has to cost something. Sending two cents is kinda a dense thing to do don't ya think? Why would someone even bother for less than a dollar?

As long as you DON'T use their business accounts you won't have any fees.

Beyond that, why would you send somebody 2 cents? That's ridiculous. You're wasting people's time. They should have charged you the full 31 cents anyways.

I hardly thing your little experience constitues Paypal being a "rip-off". It's a totally unfair accusation based on your silly little problem here.
