Today we hear that the top executives have been selling off some of their stock. The share price has gone up around four times since the lawsuit announcement.

On another conspiracy note, have you noticed that this lawsuit against IBM comes just as IBM is putting out a line of servers that out performs the compitition?

IBM makes its servers completely "at home". No intel, Sun, or whoever.

Makes you wonder at the timing of the lawsuit, the lawsuits attack on IBM (why not anyone else?), and sort of explains why so many people have been finding holes in the lawsuit.
