he refuses to remove it,what can i do ? ?

or if he is a company you could call bbb (or whatever you have there)and tell them that he has fake testimonials or you could just tell him to take it off and if he doesnt just forget about it

You could always try a formal letter from a law office stating that you never made such a statement, and that you would like it removed. Of course, its not usually free, but it might work.

The Popular TV show here Family Matters. The main character was named after the writers best friend, Steve Urkle it was supposed to just be a one show deal.. He thought it was funny.. (the writer) UNTILL they demanded the character more and more.
The real Steve Urkle couldn't even order pizza anymore. Every one thought it was a prankster.

Itīs not the fact that my name is on that site that matters the mostībut itīs the fact that he did not remove it when i asked him too.
And that he has been sending that URL to my friends and even my gf and that he thinks he can do whatever he wants without taking any consideration to other ppl

If he's going to put your name up with no permission or real endorsement of his site then he's posting a fiction, so he might as well live the fantasy out in full by creating a truly fictitious character

It's really not that expensive to send a lawyer threatening letter.
My brother needed a letter sent that threatened legal action concerning a rent problem. It was only a couple hundred in question. He talked to a lawyer, who said that for $40 he sends a certified letter threatening legal action and proposing a solution, knowing full well, that no action would be taken, because for the small sum of money it wasn't worth it. But, it scared the landlord enough and he took care of it.
So for $40, my brother got his $400 back.
