Pick up your right foot and begin to rotate it in a clockwise direction, now that the foot is moving Clockwise draw the number six in the air with your right index finger.
Remember keep your foot rotating clockwise.
Now if you can't draw the six correctly and keep the foot rotating CW then you are not Able.
So easy. The joints in my feet get stiff so I rotate my feet a lot pretty much every day. If you said to rotate my right foot counter clockwise I would have totaly screwed .
