Terminator terminated?
Is it me, or did Terminator 3 have a short run in the theaters. It didn't do too poorly, afaik. Did I just wait too long to see it and miss the boat?

I don't think it did as well as they were thinking, who knows.
I didn't think it was a great movie. Pirates of the Caribbean, a freaking disney movie was 100x better.

I did like PoTC much more than I expected.
We were planning on seeing T3 today, but were surprised to see that it is gone from the 4 theaters we have here.

Wow, that was a fast response....stop sneaking up on me like that, Dave.
Yeah, not even the descent looking female in T3 saved it. Ahh well, it was "entertaining".

Sorry about that Wart. I shouldn't be doing that to an MP.
Mak., I would have shocked and awed if it had been better than T2. T2 was an excellent flick.

T2 is by far the best one...awesome movie.
T4? Won't happen, IMO. Definately not with Ahnold and it won't be T4 w/o Ahnold...it's like making another Diehard without Bruce Willis. Usually 4 is a bad thing...heck 2 and 3 are usually bad. But Lethal Weapon did pretty well throughout all of them...and T2 is proof that sequels aren't always worse.....Matrix 2 on the other hand...

There is lots of talk about T4 comming out.. http://arriving.sciflicks.com/terminator_4/
Also:
May 19, 2003 — Arnold Schwarzenegger told The Age that if the box office results are high enough for T3, he will be back for T4:
It may be 19 years since he first played the role of the Terminator in the sci-fi classic, but Schwarzenegger told a press conference that he was only halfway through his acting career.
"Is this my last Terminator? No. I've so many more years left. I'm totally full of energy and thanks to my weight training and cardio-vascular training I'm in great shape."
"I consider this the middle term of my career." And he urged fans: "Go out and see the movie. The more successful the movie is, the faster we can make Terminator 4."

Wow...surprised I hadn't heard anything about it yet.
I hope they don't make it
If T3 had been great, I wouldn't be saying that.

T2? No way! the first was the best. He was un-freakin-stoppable! In a sorta realistic way...
If he becomes Governor in Cali, that'll age him fast.
