LOL, that's great, but to nerds like me, it actually makes sense. Relate it to a math problem for example, let's say a differential equation which takes maybe 9 to 14 steps to solve (if you don't do more than one step at once

) Anyway, let's say you make a simple addtion error in the 3rd step, but you've worked out all the formulas properly. You end up getting the wrong answer but have correctly thought your way through the problem. (We would get partial credit in calculus when we did that on tests.)
