Chemical Balancer Problem..

I'm trying to use this chemical balancer;

http://people.ouc.bc.ca/woodcock/programmes/x4-1.html

but, it won't work! My netscape gives me a JavaScript error, and my Internet Explorer gives me an "Error on Page" message. However, my friend says it works fine for him.

WHAT DO I DO TO GET THIS TO WORK!?
